leather bag as a changing bag?

I know this is the second "bag" thread today so not sure this will get any replies
However if anyone is reading and has any thoughts...
With 2 babies under 2 years and a very busy work and personal life I have found myself shoving things into any old bag big enough including random spare nappies, baby snacks and my own stuff (purse keys) etc in order to get us all out of the door on time so to speak. Decided I need a proper bag and to be more organised and would like to get something in the sales, and this is the short wishlist if any such thing exists:

  • leather and reasonably nice looking but a hardwearing (washable?) lining (is this possible)
  • lots of pockets but not "tacked on" to the outside (i.e. if there are external zip pockets they should be flush to the bag itself otherwise too bulky)
  • big enough for my things (I dont carry loads of make up etc but I do carry purse, keys phone a small a5 notebook chequebook) and essential baby things like 2 nappies and apack of wipes and a few small clothes and snacks.
  • if at all possible a popper style "open" - in other words not a zip so i can dive into it easily.

having typed all that i realise this might be too much information / too picky but if anyone has any thoughts i would be really interested to hear
thanks

Never thought leather was a good idea as it could be too heavy.
