I hope someone out there can give me some advice as I am really upset
Over the past few month a family member of mine who Me and my 3yr old lil boy had been living with had to go in hospital after been diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this yr he had been starting to get confused for a while I was his carer for some time.
Been in and out of hospital a number of times earlier this year he went in and unknown to anyone he wasn't coming home as no one knew how his illness was going to effect him while he was in hospital he gave me permission to use his bank card ie for food or anything me and my lil boy needed as he was really worried how we were going to manage when he wasn't there he took on a father role to me if you would like anyways a few week ago I myself had been diagnosed with extreme high blood pressure and for my age 24 was not normal I was informed I am borderline of having a stroke/heart attack so while my family member was in hospital I temp moved in with my partner so in a sence I was trying to run two houses a few week ago my family member contacted his daughter who hadn't been anywhere near in over 10yr I was angry and upset as I knew this would cause problems anyways she contacted me and asked me where his money had gone I tried to explain but to no success I was receiving IS,CA,and my sons money wich I was under the belief that my sons money had to spent on my son and only my son anyways what I am asking advice is even tho my family member gave me permission to use his bank card would I still have to pay all the money back I borrowed which I am willing to do that is not a problem only trouble is my family member cannot remember anything about giving me permission to use his bank card and I am upset at the fact he cannot remember and that he has told his daughter I took all the money
Hope someone can try and help me make sence as I seem to be going round in circles with this
