We like everyone at the moment have a very limited budget and brought a 2nd hand maxi cosi . it's the first thing I've brought (31weeks today! ) and I was so please with the condition then looked at others and see they have head support :(
I've looked online and seen to buy a new one its more than what I Paid for the whole seat ! Any ideas as to where i can pick one up cheap? Also there's no padding for the inbetween the leg clip,is that essential ? Sorry if thats a stupid question new Mum to be :)

Is that the only part I need? The bit between the leg is also missing :( I'm so disappointed. I'm watching a few on eBay but they seem to go for a lot

Here is a spare cover with headhugger wedge and strap/buckle pads on ebay. It looks a bit faded and worn but will be fine for the bits you want and just save the set cover as a spare.

The buckle pad bit is not that important its there for comfort rather than saftey. But The wedge and head hugger will be needed for the seat to fit baby properly in the early weeks and stop his/her head flopping about too much.

I saw a head hugger/body wrap thing for car seats in tk maxx a few months ago. Maybe try there? They weren't maxi cosi but thought they would be a good alternative?Smile
