DS is 7 mths, going to outgrow his Cabriofix soon. Looking for the next size up. We live inner city: rent, car pool, borrow or taxi. Need a seat that is reasonably easy to install. Must be rear facing. Any suggestions/recommendations?

We have a besafe isofix and the britax multi tech. Both are fairly simple, but it depends whether you can be certain that you would have isofix points in every car you use.

For the britax you thread the seatbelt through the "front" of the seat, clip in and tighten 2 teather straps and extend the leg until it goes green.

The besafe you clip in the isifix points until they are green, extend the leg and then there is a bit that you push against the seat as hard as you can.
If you know the cars you are likely to use (so if the car pool has a list, or the car hire companies tend to use a particular make) then you could look at the lists of what cars various seats fit in.

Also look at the weight. The besafe is heavy. We don't mind as it just sits in the car, but if you're moving it around then you might want a lighter one.

I think if you move it lots then any would become familiar and therefore relatively simple. So my priority would be weight and range of cars they fit in.

The two way elite is fairly light & easy to move between cars.
