I am a converted rear car seat user now and have recently purchased a recaro polaric isofix rear facing seat for my 17 month old. Just wondered if anyone has the same seat and are they happy with it.

I haven't got it but it looks so comfy! I almost got one but worried it wouldn't fit in my Mum's car if needed.

aswellasyou...it is a super seat and i have heard it called the 'rolls royce' of car seats. Im not sure if this is true but it is so well padded and looks so comfortable. We have not had the classic head roll forward when asleep or anything yet. It is actually not as big as it looks fitted in the car either but i certainly do get some strange looks when i open the door and people see it. I can then start my rant about how much safer they are etc, etc. All of which, i have to say, i learnt from here Smile

I did too!Smile I don't drive but I have a seat in my Mum's car and another in my sister's. My sister has one in her car for her daughter too. So far, much to our dismay, noone has ever seemed to notice let alone said anything.Sad We're ready to lecture them when they do though. They're only 10 months so it might be that people assume they're normal group 0/1 seats that we'll turn around in a few months. Although there are actually people in our family who think any sort of carseat is a bit out-there.Hmm

The Polaric does look plush!

We had two police officers practically give themselves whip lash craning their necks in a car park once as DH drove past with THREE rfing seats in the back Grin
