Cabanon viz a viz deluxe tent - any advice pls, for first time tent???

Hi
want to buy a tent.
need to et one second hand via gumtree or the like.
have seen a Cabanon viz a viz deluxe - its an old fashioned canvas type with a front opening.

would it be easy to erect / take down / heavy, please?

we had a trailer tent which was thick canvas but the extension awning was too heavy for me to put up by myself so we had to sell it :(

Is it a frame tent? If so, I've heard that they can be simple to put up but there are a lot of poles. How many people are you needing space for? There are a few vintage canvas people on here who can help

Have a scroll down on this blog and there's a Cabanon vis-a-vis - there are some interior shots so will give you an idea of the size.

These tents are probably easier to erect than modern tunnel tent but canvas is always going to be heavier (but the benefits outweigh that)
