Take childrens bikes or not?

We are going on our first camping holiday next week in Cornwall, do other children have their bikes on camp sites or is it not the done thing? Not sure of etiquette.

Thanks in advance!

Ime most kids on campsites are on bikes. I would take them if you can, or maybe see about renting some when you are there.

We would have taken bikes except we couldn't fit them in the car! Loads of kids had their bikes so if you can fit them in I'd take them

Definitely take them if you have the space. Otherwise a fold up scooter is just as good

thanks for all the responses. We had a dry run of packing the car yesterday (partly through being utter nerds, partly because we are so excited!) and unless we leave the children behind we can't take their bikes too.

Think maybe next years purchase should be a bike rack!
