I'm the biggest iv ever been... if I had to guess I would say 17+ stone 😭😭
Decided enough is enough!
Starting the shakes tomorrow for breakfast and lunch then healthy low calorie tea ... anyone wana join an he weight loss buddies xx

I use these and asdas. I've lost half a stone in 18 days and a few inches all over. Typically not from the places I'd like first haha. I have a treat at the weekend too and trying to make sure I do 10000 steps a day
