The body coach has a sale on and the 90 day plan has £30 off. Has anyone done this plan please? Is it worth it, is there a lot of prep and is it expensive for the food??

There is a lot of prep and initial food shop is expensive to get th basics in but I found it absolutely fine after that, you get a create your own pick and mix of food which makes things cheaper.
I loved the plan and the exercise, it is quite hardcore but worth it. I especially enjoyed the weight exercises
