Hi,
I'm 9.10 (stones) and am determined to get back to 8.10. I'm looking for other people to connect with MFP in a similar situation.

I'm uk based, working from home with two primary aged kids. I've only started exercise in the last year or two and I'm a bit random in my efforts... I like yoga, Pilates, swimming, a bit of running and exercise DVDs (don't belong to a gym as I get bored easily).

My weakness is alcohol, I love to socialise and when I drink I get hungry and lazy! But I'm working on that.

I would like a few friends on MFP so we can encourage each other, check each other worked out etc - just build in some accountability really. Ideally someone fairly determined/committed too.

My username is peasandhoney on there - please connect if you're up for losing a stone.

You might get more response in the MFP thread (number 5 I think it is) over in the weight loss chat group.

I do still have over a stone to lose but am probably not the sort of friend you are looking for, there's wine in my diary and sometimes ice cream. They are my calories and I'll use them how I like.

Hi,

I'll add you.

Similar situation, used MFP before just fallen into bad habits again & put on weight. Need to loose a stone to feel comfortable in my clothes again. Fully sympathise with the social side of things, I turn into a complete carb monster when I've had a drink 😂.

Ps, I'm shoegal_81 on MFP

Me! I'm shocked I've gained over a stone since I 'joined' the app. I haven't actually used it since June last year blush I'm in the right frame of mind though, want to get 2.5 stone off, and need some accountability without paying £5 a week to go to a diet group!

I'm ADMFP17 on there. I changed my username to make it less identifying, hoping I'd find some friends on here wink
