At the risk of sounding a bit daft what does this mean!?
I'm working out every day 6 days a week each of my workouts I burn about 250 cardio and not sure what I'm burning doing resistance training but I'm guessing I'm burning about 350+ calories per one hour workout.
I want to build lean muscle and have definition but I also have weight to lose I am watching my calories at no more than 1480 per day.
I keep hearing everyone saying the advice is if you want to lose weight as well on the scales I should be burning more calories than I consume. Does this mean I should be doing 1000+ calorie workouts!?
Confused!!
