My child is bullying me! Help!

Hi MNers, So my son has been a bit of a pain ever since he started nursery, hes a few years older now and he seems to take pleasure from bullying me and my husband. I am really depressed because I feel like my poor husband is no longer the man in the house. If my son wants to have a beer, my husband has to give him it otherwise he will take the bottle and smash my husband over the head with it until he bleeds. (he has done this on two occasions). Secondly, we are really worried that he is a threat to other children at school, he often gets into fights with some of the older children and claims that "he knows people in pen" which I can only assume means prison. Why does my son know prison inmates? Who is he hanging around with and what can I do to stop him before he goes there himself. My son also brings back green plants to the house in small bags, they smell awful and a few of my friends have told me that it is a kind of drug??? Any advice on this ladies?? I'm new to the site so any advice would be appreciated, Thanks! From a very concerned mother...
