Anti-Biotics, which ones are safe when breastfeeding please?

Hi, I was bitten by a black fly two nights ago and today my ankle is swollen and a blister has formed over the bite, this has just burst (sorry tmi) and yellow pus is oozing.

I've been bitten before and needed anti-b's but wasn't breastfeeding, now I am. Is it only certain anti-bi's that are safe? I want to be armed with the right information before I visit my local walk-in centre. Thanks so much .
