Can you eat Liver when breastfeeding??

Hi, I know you cant eat liver when pregnant but didnt event think about it for breastfeeding. Im BF my 5 week old boy and have just eaten liver & bacon for dinner, is this ok?? Help Please!!!!

Yes, absolutely fine. You can even swish it down with a glass of wine.

I wish i had the will power to have one glass but dont so have decided to keep the cork locked. Glad to hear the Liver wont effect my DS, it was yummy!!!
