Breastfeeding at 9 months - no fullness or leaking?

Hi there. I'm still feeding my 9 month old and he seems well and happy, but I'm getting paranoid that I don't have enough milk any more as my breasts never feel full and never leak any more. Is this normal? Do they just adjust once it's been going this long? Thanks for any help to set my mind at rest!

Completely normal. I'm still feeding my 12 mo ds and have no leaking, nor do my boobs ever feel 'full' like they used to in the early days. I was reassured tonight when he stopped feeding to have a nosey at the tv and was caught in the eye by a spurt of milk Your supply has just settled down

That's good to know, thanks for your advice. Oh yes, I don't know which boob I'm due to feed from either - it's all become a bit random now!

Great isn't it!
I gave up with the left breast as I was so fed up of leaks, and 2 months later still feeding well and much more happily (and both breasts still the same size, round an E cup... not grumbling really but sometimes you can have a bit much of a good thing!)

Even managed 20 hours without a feed with only the tiniest touch of discomfort!
If only A's other meals were so neat and tidy...

I've been feeding dd for 14 months and was away for her from a whole day last week and my boobs were only just fuller than usual when I got home. On the same note, she stopped feeding for 6 days (nursing strike) and I had no supply issues at all when she started eating again.

Yes, normal. Sometimes it is quite a relief after concrete boobs and milk squirting everywhere!
