Uneven boobs - what am I doing wrong?

Now my boobs were not exactly the same size to start with but they have become more uneven. The right one is now about 2 cup sizes bigger than the left and I'm feeling like a freak!

One book suggested ds (5 wks old) might be favouring one boob more than the other and to start on the left one each feed or pump it to try and even things up.

Does this sound right? What should I do?

This is fairly common apparently. Do you think one is favoured more than the other? That could account for it. Could you offer the smaller one more and/or pump it a bit?

I think it is common for one breast to produce more than the other (mine did - right one always more).

TRy feeding more often on the smaller one to try and even them up. Or just live with it .

I'm afraid I had to live with this as everytime I attempted to put ds on the smaller boob he bit it which was eye wateringly painful. He was a bit older though when he started to favour one more than the other - about 7 months if I remember so you may have more luck
