Its quite a specialist booklet on breastfeeding and artificial feeding. I had it when I did a breastfeeding peer support course. There are two actually one is called Towards safer artificial feeding and the other is called Artificial feeding - The Risks. It's Australian. Not really typical waiting room light reading.
