milk production

OK, I know it's not good to worry about how much milk your body is producing and whether your baby's getting enough but...
To tell you the truth I AM a bit worried that my dd isn't breastfeeding enough and that she's too lazy and/or distracted to keep my production up. She's 5.5 months and exclusively breastfed and I intend to carry on for as long as she's interested (my fist ds was breastfed for 15-16 months). For the last few weeks though she's been so into what's happening around (even if it's very little!) that she only feeds for maximum 10 mins during the day and every 3 hours-ish and although it increases a bit at nighttime I'm still worried because the gulping stage really doesn't seem to last long. I'm not usually one to worry about her weight (she seems a fairly happy baby and her legs are certainly quite chubby so why bother?) but I did weigh her a couple of weeks ago and she hadn't gained any weight since her last checkup. I'm going to introduce a bit of solid food in a few weeks but want to continue predominantly with breast as recommended so want to sort out my production asap.
I've tried expressing milk (Avent manual pump) to increase production but I only get about 50 ml from both boobs regardless of the time of day. I read in a post on another site that one mum has to change bottles half way through pumping because she fills a whole bottle per breast!
My questions are:
How much milk do you generally get out by pump method?
Does anyone out there have a baby who doesn't seem to complain even if they don't get enough milk to satisfy them?
Does anyone know of a quick and easy method to increase milk supply (apart from pumping)?
Best case scenario it's just a phase and she's fine, but I'd like to settle my mind at rest if possible.
Any ideas?

Sassy, nothing you have said hear indicates a problem at all with your baby, your feeding or your milk supply. Her behaviour is normal, her weight gain is normal (it's not uncommon for babies to plateau in weight around this age for a while)....you will make life v. complicated if you start pumping and measuring and looking for stuff to worry about

A call to one of the bf helplines should help you.

I cant help with the amount of milk questions, but the lady that has to change bottles is VERY lucky. Its normal to get between 1.5 to 3 oz in one pumping session. Advice is to carry on pumping at least 5 minutes after the last drop of milk, so you know the breast is empty, and it will tell your body that more is needed.
Also fenugreek is meant to help increase your supply, and is safe to use, but Id use that as a last resort. Oats increase your supply too - but not the instant kind. Nobody knows why, but the do.
Hope that helps. You're doing great.
