Chuck or feed expressed milk?

I am on my 3rd day of ending exclusively pumping (oh the joy!!) and today I felt terrible engorged. I pumped and managed to express 280ml breastmilk. Can I feed this to DS or as I haven't pumped or fed baby bm for 3 days is this milk no good?

You can feed the milk to him. Many mothers feed their children ebm and supplement with formula or vice versa.

Do you mean you pumped it all today? Totally fine. Even if it had been in the fridge for 3 days it would be fine. Definitely don't chuck it!
