Hi,

My little boy is now 10 months and used to be an amazing eater. From 4 months he embraced anything and everything and lots of textures too. I was loving the journey of weaning however about 2 months ago my LO started to refuse food.

I have tried everything, baby led, finger food, different spoon, folks, Plates, eating all together, eating with a distraction. Even chop sticks which seemed to work for a bit !!! I've tried all temperatures and textures and although he was absolutely fine with lumps now nothing interests him other then yogurt. I can get away with sneaking oats, fruit, mild flavoured veg in with the yogurt but even then he sometimes turns his nose up.

He is also chewing things and then spitting them out (cucumber/beetroot/banana) as examples.

He is a healthy weight, has 9 teeth and doesn't seem to be teething. Anyone else experienced a strong minded little non eater ??

Thanks

Is there any chance that baby has discovered the power of mo and is playing you OP? What happens if you just offer the same food as everyone else and pretty much focus on your own food?

Can I ask how much milk he’s having too as this can often affect appetite? Smile
