Hello, a few nights this last week by 6.5wo has went for longer stretches sleeping during the night (4.5 hourd and tonight almost 6). Until now she tended to wake 3 times at least. Is this ok in terms of feeding, we are EBF? Will it affect my milk supply, should i be expressing? Baby is well and healthy in herself and her weight so i didn't think waking her to feed was needed (its not every night but becoming more frequent).

No need to express unless you need to for your own comfort. My ds started sleeping longer stretches around 10 weeks and it was uncomfortable at first (one time I did because I was too uncomfortable and he didn’t even feed that much in the morning). But my body adjusted. He doesn’t feed much during the night (usually just once, he’s 6 months now) and my supply evened out after a week or two.
