11 month old refusing bedtime bottle

He's already dropped to just two bottles a day and is now starting to refuse the bedtime bottle. Anyone else had similar or any ideas on whether to keep trying or just give up?

Rough routine:

7am wakeup, milk (will only take 4oz or so)
8.15am breakfast (eg one weetabix and half a banana)
9.30am morning nap
10.45am snack (eg. sugar free flapjack/ toast sticks/ mini egg muffin)
12.15pm lunch (eg tuna and tomato pasta bake/ mac & cheese/ falafel balls with roast veg followed by yoghurt and fruit)
1.30pm lunchtime nap
3.30pm snack (same sort of thing as morning options)
5.15pm dinner (same sort of meals as lunch)
6.30pm bath
6.45pm bottle
7-7.15pm bed

So I'm confident he has a decent diet and eats a good amount across the day, he's always been good with food from the off. Try to ensure there's protein in the two main meals and as much yoghurt/cheese as possible.
But at a loss as to why he's refusing the milk! Could it just be no hunger? Is it normal at this age to drop this bottle?
I'm worried that without it he's only having around 4oz a day which even with a good diet and vitamins seems low...

Put another 3oz in his breakfast, beaker of milk with morning snack and replace afternoon snack with a bottle?

He needs about 12oz a day, and a vitamin supplement if having less than about 17oz.

My 14 month old still likes milk when he wakes up with his breakfast and a bottle before he goes to sleep. But if he's teething he will not drink it at all.
As soon as his new teeth break through he enjoys drinking his milk again x

Sorry I was meant to add in there, is it possibly down to your little one teething?
