Amount pumped decreases

Hello,

I've just pumped and only got 1 1/2 oz from both breasts combined. I usually get 5oz combined but can sometimes get that from 1 side.

I only pump to have a supply if I'm not around and haven't had chance the last week to pump so I wonder if I've killed my supply. I was also sick on Monday.

My DS is 10 weeks old and is sleeping longer at night to.

Any advice on how to get the amount back up to where it was?

DS seems content so I must be making enough for him just not my extra amount
