Teething baby pulling nipple

DS has started to cool on my nipple while breastfeeding. He calls and pinches my nipples and it is really painful. It is only on one side though or maybe it just feels more painful on the left because he bit me on my left boob.

What can I do to stop him doing this? If he is tired his lunch is perfect and he is totally focused on feeding. However during the day he is so distracted and he just pulls and pinches on my nipple While feeding.

So painful, I just feel like stopping 😭😭

When this happened to me, I had to fight the urge not to squeal and said no, firmly and put DC down. I'd start feeding again a few minutes later. Every single time it happened. They soon learned that biting me would result in this 'consequence'.
