Best pump for large nipples

Does anyone have any suggestions about good pumps (manual or electric) for a small breasts/ large nipples combo? With DS1 I got on very well with the Philips Avent manual, and also had a Medela Swing (but preferred the soft shell on the Avent and actually got more milk).

Horrified to discover with DS2 that my nipples are now too large to fit properly into the Avent flange (they go in but are touching sides and swell when I start pumping). Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you! I don't think I want to buy bigger flanges because I don't have that much breast tissue - just big nipples!

I've got the same combination and found the Ameda Lactaline good. I think you can hire them to see if you like them.
