I swear I don't work for either of these companies
My Ameda Lactaline, which I purchased from expressyourselfmums.co.uk, broke the other day (faulty batch). I phoned expressyourselfmums and they arranged for Ameda to ring me.
Ameda arranged for a hospital grade pump to be sent to me by taxi that evening and a new Lactaline pump is being sent by courier to arrive tomorrow. The lady who organised this could not have been nicer.
Expressyourselfmums phoned several times to make sure I was happy with the arrangement (I was - I would have been satisfied with just a new pump being sent to me), and are sending me a bra to say sorry for the broken pump.
I am honestly stunned at how obliging these companies have been - especially in the UK, where customer service is generally rubbish. I have found the Lactaline to be a super pump. I just had to share, in case anyone else is looking for a breast pump.
