Does anyone else have a baby who is not very hungry in the morning, and then by 5pm wants two very big feeds before bed at 7pm? My breasts just can't keep up, one minute I am like Dolly Parton with little take up from my 4mth old DS, the next he wants big feeds and I have pancake boobs, because he has been slack all day. I can't get a routine going because wind often stops him from feeding till he is full.

I think if you canfind a breastfeeding counsellor (NCT or National Breastfeeding Network, google for those) they could advise you how to change the feeding routine so that things were more comfortable for you.

Aww, that is pretty normal though, the cluster feeding in the evening, as annoying as it can be!
Thing is, in the evening and in the night it's brill for the supply to feed more...as the hormones that are released aid bf more then!
