Trying to stop breastfeeding 19 month old

I'd like to give up/reduce breastfeeding my 19 month old daughter because when she is with me, she doesn't really want to eat much food. If she is at the childminder she will eat fine. What to do? I wouldn't mind breastfeeding once or twice a day but she wants to feed at least four times in the day even when she is at the childminder, more if she is with me all day and still wants to feed a couple of times at night. I'm exhausted and in need of advice. So please help! Thank you.

Start by stoping the night time first. I did that at 14months. Then two months later at 16months reduced it to twice a day. After her breakfast and the last thing she had before brushing her teeth.
At 20months I stopped completely. I don't back down. A month later and she is still trying get some milk from me.

It's not easy. Cloths that cover properly at the top and difficult to get through helps.

Strong will , will be the most important thing because she/he can break you.
