Non-existent milk supply at 9 months

DS is 9 months and was EBF to 6 months and a bit of formula 2 days a week introduced at 7.5 months as I started back at work and choose not to express milk to send to nursery. As he struggled to drink much formula at nursery I have been doing one ff a day when we're at home together to get him more used to having formula regularly.

I've just had my second period. Before my first one a month ago I experienced a big dip in supply for 2 days which was odd as had never happened before. I didn't know why it had happened until my period arrived, which explained the blip. Second period has just been a gone and massive drop in supply again, this time after 6 days it has not come back.

So my milk supply is basically non-existent at the moment. I've been at home with him since Wednesday and have been trying to get him to feed as much as possible to stimulate it without any improvement.

I thought it did feel a tiny bit better earlier today (I thought?) but I've just had him on the boob for his bedtime feed for about 20 minutes (usually feed is about 3 mins each side) and nothing is happening. I can barely squeeze a drop out if I try to hand express. He just couldn't get a let down - I've always been able to feel my letdowns. My boobs feel totally empty, like post-feed empty.

I've just ended up feeding him 6oz of formula which the poor little bean guzzled.

I thought I knew quite a bit about breastfeeding, but at this point but I am really stumped as to what to do here. I feel like this could be it for me.

He's cut down milk feeds in general over the last 2-3 weeks as he's finally started eating a decent amount of solids. Plus the fact we've started mixed feeding - But I didn't think this would cause a supply issue at 9 months?

I'm so torn as to what to do - do I just admit defeat and say we had a good innings? I had planned to get to 12 months, although to be fair this is just an arbitrary date.
