4 month old issues with feeding

My baby whos 4 months is going through this weird phase were when hes hungry he wont givr any signs before but will just scream lile mad at an instant, then when you give him a bottle he doesnt finish it and his bib always is drenched because he spits most of it out.

He never had an issue before, is thos behaviour related or perhaps a teething thing. As he isnt taking all bottlea he feeds often and up twice during the night Im wrecked.

How do i fix this

My DD is EBF, but yes, she stopped giving hunger cues! Just goes from 0-screaming in a second.
If teething it is harder for them to feed as the gums are sore. We just gel and calpol when she's bad.

My 3month old dd is EBF, and yes she's doing exactly that! I think because she's teething.
