Slipping down nipple

Hey

My 11 week old has all of a sudden started slipping down the nipple when feeding.

She had her TT cut at 5 weeks but was slipping prior to the snip. Feeding has hugely improved since the snip, but this has just started to happen!

I've checked her tounge and it doesn't appear to have grown back.

Any ideas?!?

Perhaps a positioning change is needed as she's grown? Could you experiment with that?
