My 3 mo needs top ups - hit a plateau in weight a few weeks ago and just lost weight in the last week. Finally got him to take 3oz formula yesterday afternoon but ten had a lot of discomfort and fullness myself. I can't pump much so not able t resolve issue that way.
With my first baby, she had a top up bottle at tea time when my supply was low anyway but there isn't an obvious window like that this time around.
Can't find anyguidance in the usual places (DrSars, KM, LLL etc)
