Some questions about bottle feeding

Hi. Just wanted some advise please- sorry this is a bit long.
Firstly for when I'm out and about with DD. at home I tend make up about 3 bottles in advance with boiled water cooled for 30 mins and then put the bottles in the fridge. What is the best way to take bottles out with you? With DS I used to take cooled boiled water in bottles with me then just add formula when needed but that's against guidelines now. I'm thinking if I'm out for majority of the day.
Secondly... Once out the fridge how long can you keep the milk? She can have anywhere between 30mls and 140mls. Will often have few mls, falls asleep , wake after 20mins want a bit more, fall asleep then 10mins want more and so on.....this can go on for about 2 hrs
Lastly sometimes when I'm feeding her she starts to cry whilst drinking the milk. Or if not that looks really uncomfy as if I'm forcing her to have the milk.if I take bottle away she cries even more, tried winding, checking nappy etc but all seems ok and she settles when the bottle goes back in....any ideas ?

when I used to take DS out for the day I used the ready made cartons. they are about 50p- 70p depending on brand for the small ones I think it's 7oz (200ml)

I take a sterilised bottle and carton when out and about. It's expensive but I'm too much of a wimp not to follow the guidelines.

Yes to cartons when out. When DS2 was first born I used the 'ready to go kits' from Aptimel as they had disposable teats & bottles with formula already in so it was really easy (only 90mls worth so useless now).
We use Tommy Tippee but had a nightmare with the variflow teats, just came out way too fast. Using the 0-3month ones now which are fine. Which teats are you finding tough?

If I was going out I'd sometimes take a bottle from the fridge and feed it to DS within a couple of hours, stored it in an insulated bag. Sometimes I'd buy the ready made cartons and sometimes I'd take a flask of boiling hot water and use that to make up the milk and ask a cafe for a bowl of cold water to cool down to room temp

Im using avent at the moment - I've tried tommi tippee closer to nature ones but found the milk just ends up on her clothes more than in her. Hmm flask ma be the way forward.do you sterilise that separately or is the boiling water enough

Which teats are you using, when we used the variflow teats (have an X on the teat) our poor son was drowning in milk, it just flowed too quickly. When we changed to the 0-3 months teats he was fine.

We sterilise everything, just a big bucket of Milton's does the job fine!
