hipp organic infant milk tummy troubles

Hi there
Has anyone experienced weird tummy troubles with the hipp organic first infant milk? Since switching from ready to feed cartons to powder our 10 week old has started having explosive bm's at nearly every feed - I know there's friendly bacteria added to the powder that's not in the cartons as they're sterile so am wondering if that's the issue. The doctor doesn't think it's a problem or that it's a bug, she's not dehydrated and is fairly happy, though it doesn't seem like a healthy situation to me. I've changed back to the cartons for the past few days - it hasn't made a difference yet. the only other things she has are infant gaviscon so was slightly constipated before this, and breastmilk feeds (though minimal supply).
Anyone else had similar issues?
