Hi all! Abbreviated version.. DS now 5 months old and BF. Not had a bottle for months but just had a call to say my DH's Grandad has had a fall and has been taken to hospital. DH is away on business trip and inlaws are holidaying in Canada so the buck stops with me. Kind neighbour has offered to look after DS while I go to hospital for few hours but all my milk is frozen & when I attampted to pump some, my boobs were having none of it. I have no formula in the house and have no idea if he's take it even if I did buy some for him. I wondered if there was any way I could quickly defrost my milk quickly? Off to google but thought you guys would probably be quicker! Thanks in advance.

Panic over - found a site that says I can run it under a warm tap. Hope that's okay...
