Growth spurt at eight weeks?

My DS is eight weeks, and I'm quickly learning that there's no rhyme or reason as to why two unsettled nights follow a stretch of "good" sleeping, so this is more a curiosity question than a plea for a magic solution. I've heard of (and just about survived!) the six-week growth spurt, but is there commonly another at eight weeks? My little man was glued to me yesterday, and demanded about six feedings in the night.

I haven't heard of an 8wk gs but this might help to explain why DS is a bit unsettled.
