Yep! I am always eating too. I'm tandem feeding and constantly starving. I try to balance out the essentials like chocolate with some treats like carrot sticks and hummus Grin Having a well-stocked fridge is key, I try to plan snacks when I do my weekly meal plan. Are you taking any vitamins?

I'm finding the same thing (if I'm in a selfish and vain mood then it's one of my favourite things about BF Grin ). BF can burn a lot of calories and I always get hungry if either of my girls is going through a growth spurt (or illness or any other reason for BF loads). I would just use your appetite as a guide but make sure you're eating a balanced diet. Are you feeling well apart from being hungry all the time? How quickly are you losing weight?

Oh I love it! I eat constantly and everything I want. Get funny looks from my co-workers and comments like "I hope you're not pregnant again" and I still weight 1.5 st lighter than I did pre pregnancy.

I find is easier to manage if I plan my meals though with plenty of carbs.

Breakfast - some breaded product, usually crumpets or teacakes
Lunch - chicken and coleslaw sandwiches, made from 4 slices of bread and plenty of chicken and coleslaw.
Dinner - Varies but usually served with bread.
Supper - an apple or other fruit that I have sat in the cupboard.
Coffee with sugar every hour to hour and half.

And never skip a meal - it is so hard to play catch up.

Have you been keeping track? I weigh myself and try not to lose more than 1lb a week (it's slowed down lately). I take a multivitamin with zinc and also spatone so I don't get too run down, although I think lack of sleep is the main culprit!

Oh yes, a bit of caffeine as a pick me up can work wonders Grin some babies are sensitive to it though so if your baby is fussy and you can't figure out why then that might be it. Here's some info on caffeine and BF.

HAve phases where i am very hungry. That includes today, bran flakes for breakfast, danish for elevenses, 3 buns with cheese and ham salad and crisps. Am starving now so will have to find something. Have put today's hunger down to alot of walking i did yesterday and still recovering. I now weigh less than my booking in appt and am very proud of the slinky dress i could wear at the weekend because of bfing BlushWinkGrin

gosh yes, I've been thinking about food all day and been eating haribos and chocolate biscuits, it's terrible. I might well bake muffins tomorrow just so I can scoff them all!

I had cereals for breakfast, then a couple of cakes at the baby playgroup, a 3-egg omelette for lunch, and maybe 4 chocolate biscuits. I have been thinking about going to McDonalds for a burger, that's how bad it is getting. At least I'm not putting on weight... I agree about eating carbs, I find they're the best for properly filling you up. Mmm, maybe I should have a jacket potato tomorrow, that would work!
