Does anyone know of a private tongue tie surgeon in the midlands?

DD has tongue tie and our referral to the surgeon came through today for 12th July. They cant do any earlier although will contact us if there is a cancellation.

We're willing to pay privately and to travel if necessary, just to get it done and sorted.

Can anyone recommend surgeon or tell me how to go about finding one.
