Let down taking longer?

DS is 9m, and I went back to work 2 months ago (started 3 days a week, now ft). I express twice a day and bf in the morning, at bedtime and once in the night, and on demand at weekends. The last week or so I have noticed that my let down seems to be taking a lot longer ? I actually get a quicker let down from the pump than I do when bf. Also I am getting less when I express(though still more than I need), but I think this is normal? Any ideas why the let down might be taking so much longer?

They can get less strong as time goes on, so you might just not be feeling the early ones when he feeds, whereas you can see it when you pump?

No, it's defintely not that because I can still feel it when it happens (although you are right, it's not as strong) and also can see the change in his sucking. Anyway, did a bit of a read of kellymom and started doing a bit of deep breathing and visualisations and it seems to be getting better. Most odd though.
