Since becoming a mum it has been hard and busy at times. I mean the washing just never seems to have an ending, imaginary play after a while drives you insane, I am an expert in double shuffle nappy changes (isn't that what F1 teams call it when they box both drivers at the same time), we have had years of interrupted sleep, lots of appointments, crying, screaming, shouting and not forgetting I am now sporting the bags under the eyes look on a daily basis. However, even though I can be driven insane at times, becoming a mum has been the most enjoyable and rewarding thing I have done.
The one thing I really did not forsee coming was the loneliness....
