It's 3am again!

Cannot stand the fact it is always 3am when I wake then cannot go back to sleep, anyone else have this problem.

yeah, i've have this problem alot. I wake up early hours for the toilet, then the mind starts thinking and thats it no more sleep for me. Wish sum1 could cure it!
