Well I wasn't due until 10 Feb but went in for what I thought was a relatively routine growth scan only to find that db hadn't grown much in two weeks and I was having signs of pre eclampsia so I was told I had to deliver ! After 3 days of induction (prostin, aritificial membrane rupturing, syntocin - not quite the natural labour I hoped for) which didn't get anywhere Anna Caitlin was born by emergency ceasarian on 24 January at 1.32am weighing in at a mini 4 lbs 9 oz. She needed a brief visit to neonatal just to get her body temperature up but was back with us within a few hours ! She is doing really well and we are now home and settling back in !
