nikie1s baby finally arrives hurray!!!!!!!

baby brandon john made his arrival on fathers day!! he was born at 7:46 pm weighing in at a whopping!! 9lbs 11oz

woke up on sunday with nothing happening 8days overdue and getting really fed up!!
i had a txt off my sister to say she needed to go to the hosptal as she is 5months preggie but was having a small bleed!to cut a long story short while i was at the hospital with her i started having contractions, me and my sis was starting to get worried!! my sis was kept in and i headed for home.
but on the way back i started to feel the contractions take a turn and became every 5mins i rang the hospital and arrived there at 2:30pm midwife checked me and i was 4cm so i had a little walk around.
5:30 they started to slow down and i was getting so tierd but still copeing at this time with no pain relief 6:30pm midwife checked again and i was just touching 5cm so she decided to break my waters i stood for a while so she could clean me up when i was asking for the gas&air as the pain was getting strong i then screamed at her that i needed to push so hubby had a look and said he could see babys head i didnt belive him!! at this point midwife checked me and said one push and babys head will be out i then gave secound push at 7:46 and brandon was placed on my chest looking up at me so it was all so quick in the end and all done on gas&air not much time for anything else im still in shock but enjoying our little bruiser!!
