3 deaths in 4 months.

My mum died 30th August 2015 she had been ill, then we lost dad just 6 short weeks later (he passed away in his sleep - I believe he died of a broken heart). Then, on Christmas night we lost my mother-in-law. I went back to work on 04th Jan but am really struggling to get through each day.
I'm at a complete loss and hoping that I can draw some comfort from others here.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear this. That is a huge loss in a very short time. Have you been in touch with CRUSE? We found them really helpful when my dad died unexpectedly.

Oh gosh this is awful, I'm so sorry for your loss. I would definitely go to your GP and ask for a referral for counselling, just to give you somebody to talk to. It is hard getting through the normal day to day when suffering such loss.
