Has anyone else experienced this? Having an awful time with family. A very close Aunt has died and she wasn't married to her dp. So he has no say Sad Also my family have no say and we all know which she wanted. It's so sad. I know it doesn't matter at the end of the day but it's my mum (her sis) and the dp I worry about, they're old. I just wish it was all over with. They weren't consulted either. It's all such a mess. I'm in the middle of it but I have begun to lose my patience. I adored my aunt and saw more of her than her dd's who live away. Not that it makes me special but I did love her so much.

First of all, so sorry for your loss. That horrible period between a death and a funeral is unbearable, you just walk around feeling totally disengaged from everything, and for you to be dealing with conflict as well is truly sad.
Who is responsible for deciding? Her DDs?
