Don't be sorry.

Grief hits us all at the strangest of times.

It can be a good thing. It shows that we still hold the person close in our hearts.

I don't think it ever goes away. You just learn to live with it little by little.

Just because it's been X amount of years, it doesn't mean it gets any better/easier.

We all have our down days.

((((HUGS))))

I suppose if we sat down and thought about it we would be quite Confused at what sets us off.

I think sometimes it can be when a 'significant' time or date is approaching, or has past and in our subconcious we are thinking about things, but life 'gets in the way', sort of thing, so it hit's you when you least expect it.

You are more than welcome. X
