Have lost both parents and a silbing in last year.
Finding it really hard as so few people have been through this. Being with siblings should help but actually this doesn't seem to be helping at all.
I feel like I am always having to be strong for them but what about me?
Dh is trying but doesn't really have a clue. (Keeps trying to lend me his mum!)
Is counselling the best option?

You might find counselling helpful but why not contact your local hospice, they should be able to put you in contact with people who specialise in bereavement support.

It sounds like you have been through a dreadful time and it's not surprising you feel unsupported and that your family is falling apart. Grief can feel like being in a storm and upset everything; it can be such a lonely experience.

You will get through this, it will take time and you will adjust to your new life with your parents and sibling in your heart rather than physically in the here and now. Wishing you all the best in this difficult journey.

I know this is an old thread but I just needed to tell you counselling does help I lost my grandma and baby brother in the space of a few months, everyone was a mess and I took charge and drained myself, had a nervous breakdown and dp lost his job and we lost our home.

I'm still seeing mine 10mnths on it helps that's my time in the week to talk to shout to cry or to smile and I feel lighter afterwards. Its by no means a quick fix.

I'm so terribly sorry for your losses :(
