my 2.8 year old nodding head tic

i've recently noticed my DS has started to tic/twitch - mainly in moments when he's not doing anything/watching tv. He just kind of nods his head once. Its quite subtle and the only reason we noticed it was because he headbutted the table by mistake - and the other day he headbutted the window when it happened. He isnt bothered by it in the slightest but i'm concerned it could be tourettes. He's not been well at all recently, various viruses...followed by breathing difficulties and he continues to wheeze daily. I wondered if these could be connected as i read asthma meds can cause twitching....
...any thoughts?!? Cannot stop worrying about him...dr appt is next monday but they always make me feel like i'm panicking too much.

small seizures? Some type of epilepsy looks like head nods.

thats what i was concerned about...lets hope the dr can enlighten me on monday.
