15 week old no longer sleeping, any advice

We have finally managed to persuade our DD to go to bed in the evenings, about 6ish, she is usually so exhausted by then, any later and it is a real battle to get her to sleep as she is overtired. Although this has worked well for the last two weeks, the pay off seems to be that she is waking all through the night from about 11.30 onwards, she used to be a good sleeper at night occasionally waking once but usually went through from 11 to 5.00. Has anyone had the same experience, how long did it take to settle down? Or any advice on how to stop the endless night waking nightmare. To add to the problem she is currently refusing to take a bottle, so the idea of introducing one bottle of formula to help her through is not going to help, until we manage to get her to accept the bottle again. Help, I am exhausted like having a newborn again!

She is not a great napper in the day, I have to take her out get her to sleep with motion. So should really be well and truly exhausted by bed time.
I think she is usually hungry at night, although must admit to giving in a feeding her rather than letting her wake crying lots and having to take ages to re-settle her. Getting her to go to sleep is always a challenge. I think we are all guilty of giving in to feeding when cold dark and feeling exhausted. But do usually leave her to check she is really waking not just re-settling self.

tbh if she is waking and was going through it could be a phase (eg growth , she is getting a cold etc) - dd had phase like this at about 14 weeks but then seemed to flip back (I did wrap her up more).

also are you able to cluster feed her a bit in the day to make her less hungry later on or will she just not take it? I would also try putting an extra layer on her -that definiltey seemed to make a big difference with dd in the nightmare phase -she was defo waking up as cold

I would use daytime naps if you can to try and get her better at self settling... I did this (as dd was also a bloody night mare about re settling - used to take an hour a time ) -basically once she got more used to being leftin her cot semi sleepy in day -seemed to get better at night (also I had more energy to try different tricks in the day).
