Teething nappies - info needed

I think that DD is teething and everywhere I have read says that the LO can get loose stools.

Can anyone tell me if their DC had loose stools and what the looked like (sorry).

Her stools are now quite yellow looking, really liquidy and smell a bit vinegary.

She is 7 1/2 months and has stopped eating as well, although still taking her milk so I am not really bothered about that. It's just these strange and stinky, liquid poops.

they can be but mainly loose and stinky

if she seems otherwise well would assume teething but if it carris on for a while then would check that it isn't a tummy bug
